Our rental is in our home. Our home is ideally located just a few minutes from downtown Denver (less than eight dollars by Lyft from Union Station). Our neighborhood, Sunnyside, is still composed of early nineteen hundreds brick bungalows with yards and gardens. It is quiet and safe here. The apartment has an especially large kitchen and bedroom, as well as a spacious bathroom and washer and dryer. The decor is Southwest: photos and art and pillows and bedspread. The basics are all here including Wi-Fi and cable TV. We have had very good feedback and reviews about how clean and well-equipped it is. Free coffee and chocolate included.
Willem and Diane are semi-retired professionals with a wide range of interests and activities. We are both well-traveled throughout Europe and South America and especially enjoy meeting international guests from all over. We enjoy gardening, and in the warm months our yard and patio and deck are full of plants and flowers.
Denver is a world class city in many ways, including our art museum, botanic garden, zoo, water park, sports teams, music, dining, shopping. What makes it unique, of course, is the view of and access to the Rocky Mountains only minutes away. One highlight is the Red Rocks Amphitheater in the hills west of the city, perhaps the best outdoor music venue in the country.
