Walter and I are local real estate agents and when we purchased our vacation rentals we did so with you in mind. We wanted properties that would be conveniently located to airport, tranquil, perfect for both couples and business travelers. We love owning and managing vacation rentals because we enjoy meeting folks of different walks of love. Our goal is always to provide a 5 STAR trip!

Located at the Sailport this newly renovated! It is just 10 minutes away from Downtown for your convenience and enjoyment. There's shopping, entertainment, great food, and so much more! Minutes away from Adventure Island, and Old Hyde Park Village. Additionally, it is located near both Clearwater and St. Pete. With one bedroom, the suite features a direct water view as well as a full kitchen and full bath. Incredible view of TampaBay. Enjoy the island living within the beautiful Tampa!
