Punta Gorda Isles Private Pool Vacation Home - Canal access to Charlotte Harbor! Our Newly Built 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom private pool vacation home is the best option for a quiet waterside stay. Fully Equipped Kitchen, Beach Umbrellas, Beach Chairs, Pickleball Equipment, Close to Historic Downtown Punta Gorda, Smoke-Free Property (No Smoking Inside or Outside). Bedroom 1: One King Bed/Ensuite Bathroom/Lanai Access/40" Smart TV, Bedroom 2: One King Bed/40" Smart TV (can be closed off to become a king suite), Bedroom 3: One Queen Bed. No Pets Allowed In this House. Pool heat is an additional cost per week or per month. Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis. This is a Saltwater Pool that is 28x12x6D. There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use. While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills. Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store. BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Two Car Garage, Two Car Driveway,No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines.
