New England Vacation Rentals is a locally owned full service vacation rental and property management company that specializes in managing and marketing vacation home rentals in Cape Cod. We started out as “owners” renting our own homes and have a combined 35 years together in the business! As we continued to navigate the marketing of the rental market we took on several other “friend’s” rentals and over a few years grew to now managing over 250 vacation homes. We continue to expand our services and amenities that as requested by our guests and owners. We have a large number of pet friendly homes, summer homes with a/c, homes with Internet, homes with pools and homes on the water. All of our homes are professionally maintained. We strive to provide each guest and owner with exceptional quality, value, and customer service. We work with the local Cape Chamber of Commerce to offer 3 or 7 night stays at many of our homes during the Spring and Fall.

As you approach this charming cottage you're greeted by lush green grass, a deck for entertaining and a large back yard.  Enter through the side door into the sunroom -- the perfect spot to let the kids watch their favorite shows or play games.  Sunroom has a twin bed and a pull out couch for extra guests. Step through the door into the main cottage where you will find a well stocked galley-style kitchen with gas stove and large refrigerator. The dining room is through the doorway to the back of the kitchen and happily seats six at the table. The living room is to the left of the kitchen and is cooled by a mini-split AC. This large room has plenty of room to spread out with two comfy couches and recliner.  You're sure to enjoy your favorite Red Sox game on the flat screen TV. Bedroom #1 is on the right and has a Queen bed, dresser, closet and flat screen TV. Bedroom #2 with 2 twin beds, dresser and closest.  (The stackable washer/dryer is located in this room). Bathroom #1 is a full bath with stand up shower. There is a window unit air conditioner in the bedroom with the queen bed, and one in the sunroom. The large deck has a picnic table and two adirondack-style chairs.  The large grill is just right for your favorite BBQ foods.  Enjoy starry nights around the gas fire table with a large flat back yard perfect for kids to run around and play lawn games or catch fireflies at night.
