Experience Vacation Rentals is a division of Keller Williams Jersey Shore. We manage properties for homeowners in Wildwood Crest, North Wildwood, and Ocean City, NJ. We are a full-service vacation rental program and handle everything for homeowners from start to finish. We prioritize communication to both homeowners and guests at these properties, and we strive to create the best possible experience for our guests!

Unit 314 at The Nassau Inn is a well-appointed studio that accommodates up to four guests, featuring two full-size beds. The unit includes a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator/freezer, stovetop, microwave, and drip coffee pot. Modern conveniences such as cable TV, wireless internet, and a hair dryer add to the comfort of your stay. Guests have access to a heated pool, sun deck, BBQ grills, and an outdoor shower. Additional amenities include an elevator, bicycle rack, and ice machines on the 1st and 3rd floors. For added convenience, two communal, coin-operated washers and dryers are available, and there is one parking space included. Linens and towels are included and will be set up in the unit prior to arrival.
