You will be emailed a property manual on the day of check-in which outlines the wonderful features of this property, a guide to local places of interest and also the various rules which need to be adhered to for the benefit of all residents and guests. Resident amenities such as the pool, gym, conference & common areas, etc., may be unavailable due to maintenance, repair, or other reasons at the sole discretion of apartment management. All guests acknowledge that Grand Road does not control the availability of the complex’s amenities and guests are not entitled to refunds or discounts based on availability of amenities. DO NOT CONTACT THE APARTMENT COMPLEX MANAGEMENT FOR ANY REASON, they will only work with us. Please make sure you read the House Rules on this listing page as they outline the most common rules which ensure everyone is respected and has an enjoyable experience. As mentioned, you will be emailed a property manual before check-in which has greater detail regarding fines that could be charged if any of the house rules are broken, some of which include, smoking, partying, inappropriate behaviour, extra guests and pets. There are also costs associated with the loss of the following items: Key FOB, Parking Placard or Garage Sensor which are charged per item, per instance. Central City neighborhood is close to downtown, but just far enough that it's quiet. Easy visits to downtown, Temple Square, the Capitol, Library (1 block), and all kinds of shopping (Trolley Square, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Smith's etc.). Lots of restaurants & coffee shops. Anything you need or want is close at hand. Building is next to TRAX Red-Line (four minute walk to station), can easily go direct to UofU / stadium, or Airport. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Walk Score is 90, which means most errands can be accomplished on foot. Free secure, covered parking for your car. Easy drives to Ski Resorts, Airport, University, Hospitals.
