We are a brand new home built with an urban country flare of style, elegance and functionality. We have an extended deck with your own private entrance. This is a 3000 square foot house which has been split into two residences. One side is a private year round residence and the other side is a year round vacation rental.
The vacation rental side is just under 1000 square feet. This home has an ubran, "Tahoe" lodge like feeling. The home is provided with 2 really comfortable Queen size bedrooms. There is a fold out sofa is one of the bedrooms, plus a complementary crib stored underneath the second bedroom and a high chair for toddlers. Our home is welcoming and located in the center of town with very close proximity to the beach and the Homer Spit. We look forward to your stay and are here to assist in anyway we can.
We are located in the heart of Homer, AK. Very close to the beach and hop away from the Spit. We are 1/2 a mile from the local farmers market and the center of ol town Homer. We are in a secluded beachside community surrounded by spruce trees, and the views of the ocean.
