Total 2400sgft single level home.2fireplace,large build in BBQ, nice big size pool . covered patio ,close to all restaurants and shoppes.walk distance 30-40min to all mayor LA signseeing spot.Disney&universal studio.hollywood.华人聚居区奇诺超大260多坪米大燒烤区域的房子,步行到星巴克麦当劳及美国超市,开车5分钟的距离到99大华超市及中餐美食,15分钟到奥特莱斯。

It's a family orientated neighborhood.people are very friendly . All long term neighbor's . Walk distance or 2 mins drive to alberson , rite AIDS .dannys starbucks Subway.
