This is a direct ocean front, 1 bedroom / 1 bath vacation rental. This unique layout offers a bedroom with 2 queen-sized beds. Unlike most vacation rentals, this unit has a washer and dryer, and our guests love the ability to do laundry during their stay if necessary.
In the central area of the apartment, our guests will enjoy a full kitchen with full size appliances and dishwasher. We provide all basic cooking utensils, cookware, dishes, silverware, and much more. We'll also provide a coffee maker and toaster.
Just off from the kitchen is the full bathroom. One thing that separates this rental from most other is the fact that the bathroom area is extremely spacious and features an oversized tub. The washer and dryer is in this area as well.

Guests must be 18 years of age or older to check-in. After booking, guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property management company electronically. If guests do not receive the agreement, please contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guest are required to email a copy of their identification to the property within 48 hours of making the reservation.
