*** There will be an extensive beautification process at this location between 8/4/2025 – 3/16/2026. During this prolonged construction period, there will be construction noise that includes grinding and banging that will produce dust and debris around the property. Construction hours will be between 8am and 5pm. Additionally, each unit will be affected intermittently. During those periods the balconies will be unusable, balcony furniture will be removed and placed inside the units with the sliding doors secured to prevent opening. Workers will be present on swing stages on the south side (water side) of the building to complete the work. There will also be intermittent pool closures during the entire construction period. *** This stunning unit on the 2nd floor features 1,654 square feet of pure luxury for the entire family to enjoy. This unit is professionally decorated with plush appointments to ensure everyone’s comfort both day and night. The unit features a King, Queen, Two Twins, Two Bunks and a Queen Sofa Sleeper. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, cooktop stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher and all the other amenities that will tempt you to try out your culinary skills. There are two seating areas so the entire family can enjoy mealtime together. The unit is furnished with 5 TV’s, 5 DVD’s and a CD Stereo, so everyone can enjoy their favorite show when it is time to relax. Things to know: Beach service included March - October Pool bands are provided! The number of bands provided corresponds to the occupancy of the rental.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
