This family-friendly/vintage home is the place for you and your kids to stay while in SLC as you are just minutes away from downtown. You can enjoy the peacefulness of the area with our large & open backyard and patio. We designed the home for comfort for you and your children as we know traveling with kids is its own beast. They have plenty to do here! If you are coming for the ski season or for an extended stay this centrally located 2 bedroom is a great option for your family. This home was originally built in 1883 by the first pioneers of Utah. This homestead has all things that a guest would want for a stay in downtown Salt Lake City with a private drive and covered parking, a large enclosed backyard with a patio & firepit area, large living & dining areas, bedrooms, a large kitchen with modern updates that still maintains the historic architecture. Master Bedroom: Located in the rear of the home the guests will enjoy one (1) queen bed with lots of storage space. The room has historic call outs with two (2) North facing windows with blackout shades on original hardwood floors. Children's Bedroom: Located just off the main living/dining room this room has one (1) trundle bed with two (2) twin-sized mattresses and 1 crib. The room has books, toys, and more for your little ones. Additionally, this room has a mini-split for temperature control to keep your children comfortable. Kitchen & Laundry Area: The wide-open kitchen area has ample space for you and yours to enjoy cooking some wonderful meals and holiday cookies. The kitchen is fully stocked with a wide selection of spices and cooking utensils, pots, pans, and more. The laundry is located just off the main kitchen area and is a washing machine, with clothing drying racks available. Bathroom: The bathroom has a tub/shower combo with a toilet and vanity.
