ABOUT THE BUNGALOW
Arrive ready to relax at this beautifully remodeled bungalow. Enjoy the fresh coastal air on a paver-stone patio, complete with a grill, alfresco dining for four, and a custom outdoor shower. Fans for cooling located in cottage closet.
Inside, enjoy good company and conversation in the quaint living room, appointed with a fireplace and antique furnishings.
Whip up home-cooked meals in the state-of-the-art kitchen, outfitted with granite countertops, a dual sink, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances -- including a five-burner gas range and French-door fridge. Gather for meals in the dining area, where a modern chandelier hangs above a table with seating for six.
BED & BATH
This single-level bungalow sleeps up to six guests between the three bedrooms.
Sleep soundly on a queen-size bed in the tranquil master bedroom, featuring white wicker furnishings and tasteful beach decor in light coastal hues.
In the second bedroom, drift off to sleep in two twin beds with wicker headboards and matching chests. Sunlight pours through patio doors in the third bedroom, where a 48in flat-screen TV invites you to watch favorite shows from a queen-size sleeper sofa.
The pristine bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.
EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a portable crib, and a washer/dryer. Parking is provided for two vehicles in the driveway; street parking is not permitted.
The City of Ventura requires a minimum stay of seven nights for all vacation rentals during the period beginning on the second Friday in June and ending with the last Friday in August.
