A beautiful two-story home in the heart of Palmilla Beach Resort which boasts a prime location situating you within walking distance of Palmilla’s abundant golf shop, driving range as well as various restaurant and bar options. Stroll across the street and you can take advantage of the private boardwalk directly from the beach. Reserve beach chairs and umbrellas, order some food directly to you, then bask in the Gulf's warm breeze.
Start every day with a delicious breakfast prepared in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all major appliances, including a dishwasher and a Keurig coffee maker for no-fuss coffee. Then, grab your favorite towel and make your way to one of the resort's two outdoor pools for a refreshing splash, both of which are equipped with cabanas and bars. After a relaxing swim, head back to your personal oasis. Reflect on the day's adventures at the kitchen island while the group chef whips up a feast for everyone to enjoy. Afterward, retreat to the inviting sectional and stream the newest episode of your favorite series on the smart TV. The front porch offers a cozy place to unwind with two rocking chairs and a small bistro table for two.
Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.
Both bedrooms are upstairs, along with two full en suite bathrooms and a stackable washer/dryer. These two bedrooms are equipped with a smart TV each and two virtually identical bathrooms with standalone showers. One of the bedrooms has access to a private furnished balcony overlooking the neighboring homes, as well as the first and ninth holes of the Arnold Palmer-designed golf course.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
