This condo was completely remodeled in 2025. New kitchen, new furniture, new TV's, new bathroom. The Bay Views are beautiful from this 3rd floor condo. Property has an elevator.
I like to play basketball and volleyball. My wife Carrie and I go running almost every day.
Quiet neighborhood close to Schooners restaurant and the Bluewater Bay marina. This building is next to a nature preserve and has a large lawn area right on the bay. Property has a small dock out into the Bay.
