The water views continue inside, where you’ll find an open living space with hardwood floors and modern, coastal decor. Step into the full kitchen to prepare a seafood feast, then sit down for a meal together at the large adjacent table. When it’s time to head out, you’ll find lots of ways to spend time outdoors, including nature preserves, state forests, hiking trails, and golf courses. If you’re going to the beach, don’t forget to grab the beach cart to stash your stuff. Local restaurants, shopping, and other amenities are all an easy drive away. Spend evenings relaxing at home while you stream the latest release or listen to music courtesy of the home’s Sonos system. Check up on your social media accounts with the free WiFi, or grab one of the many board games for a lo-fi night of family fun. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
