Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Home sits on a canal to the Jourdan River, near the mouth into the bay. Home is a new 3/2 with 4 beds, queen bed upstairs in the master suite with smart TV, 1 bedroom downstairs with TV and full bed, one bedroom downstairs with 2 twin beds. Pullout couch in the living room. Home is elevated due to coastal building code 30 steps to the porch. Home is 6.5 mi from Old Town BSL or a 45 min boat ride to Main Harbor at Old Town.

Quiet neighborhood on the water. Most homes are rentals the neighbors that live here are great.
