The kitchen comes fully equipped and the stainless steel appliances offer you all you will need to prepare meals for the family.
 The Bayside at Bethany Lakes community offers a large clubhouse with an indoor pool and game room, and outside you'll find a large outdoor seasonal pool that overlooks the bay as well as tennis courts and a playground. Don't forget to get in a round of golf. Salt Pond Public Golf course is less than a mile away.

 Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License # Things to Know For use of amenities, guests are required to pre-register and pay a Resort Fee. The resort fee from May 15 to September 15 is 45 dollars per person per week OR 25 dollars per person for 3 days or less. The resort fee from September 16 - May 14 is 30 dollars per person per week or 20 dollars per person for 3 days or less. Guests must return the key FOB to the check in office or guests will be charged for replacement. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.
