Located just a 4-5 minute drive or short bike ride to beach access and the Beach Club pools, this home is a great vacation rental property. This 2,789-square-foot home with an open floor plan sits in a beautiful grove of palmettos and coastal greenery, one mile north of the ocean beach. This home is ideal for a family getaway or to simply relax on the large back deck outfitted with a gas grill and dining area. Your furry companion is also welcome here so the entire family can join in on the fun.
This four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home is updated with three TVs, a separate dining area, an eat-in kitchen, a large living room with an adjacent family room, and the added benefit of a primary suite on the first floor. It has beautiful hardwood floors throughout, Comcast cable, and Internet.
The bedding includes a king, three queens, and two twins and can accommodate up to 10 people. The upstairs bedrooms each have a queen bed. One of those large queen bedrooms has an additional two twin beds.
This home includes a Seabrook Island amenity card with no additional fee! The fee is usually 30 dollars/day or 185 dollars for the week, so this is a great added benefit of this property! The Amenity Card gives you access to the Beach Club (with two outdoor pools and a beach area), the restaurants, golf, tennis, the equestrian center, and the Lake House (with one outdoor pool, a fitness center, indoor pool). Some of these amenities do have their own fees associated such as the restaurants, golf, tennis, the fitness center, and the indoor pool. When you book a reservation with us, we send you the information on how to obtain the Amenity Card, as it is obtained directly through Seabrook Island.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 4 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
