Experience coastal living in its finest state with new, contemporary decor – complete with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the breathtaking view of the Gulf. This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is professionally decorated and can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a new mattress and flat-screen tv. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including granite countertops and a brand-new refrigerator and dishwasher. At the end of the day, sink into comfort on your private balcony overlooking crashing waves just steps away from your back door. The condo is equipped with Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer. You will receive two parking passes for your stay. Guests can enjoy a complimentary daily beach chair setup consisting of two chairs and one umbrella from March - October, weather permitting. Beach Club guests have access to the state-of-the-art fitness center, heated indoor pool and jacuzzi, outdoor pool and hot tub and luxurious spa. The indoor pool has an enforced family swim time for those 17 and younger from 10 am - 6 pm. Enjoy our 2 pools on the property, including our outdoor pool and our heated indoor pool!
