This will include: construction noise daily from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Dust from the construction project will exist in the work areas. Both your custodian team and Phoenix Coatings will work to keep the areas as clean as possible. While walkways will be accessible, construction teams will work in the walkways throughout the project. Walking and driving paths will be modified during the project to ensure the safety of owners, guests, and workers. Swing stages will be used on all four sides of the building based on the areas being worked on throughout the project.
