Property information

A beautiful North Ocean City townhouse on the beach, the house has two oceanfront decks as well as a bayside deck off the back bedroom - perfect for catching the late afternoon sun. The main deck off the living room has a table with dining space for eight, two lounges, and a separate seating area. From this deck are steps with double railings leading down to a lower beach access deck with a bar, outdoor shower, and fenced area for children to play. Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are provided. Outside spotlights illuminate the beach-level deck for evening enjoyment. (Each of the other decks is also illuminated for safety and enjoyment.) The living room is equipped with a large sectional with a recliner and internet access and a lounge chair (also with internet access). All rooms have individual remote-controlled air -conditioning systems to accommodate personal comfort preferences. If you just want to feel the ocean breeze and listen to the waves, the doors can be opened to enjoy all the sensations of beach living. WiFi, internet, Netflix, and other cable stations are provided at no additional expense. Televisions are in the living room and all bedrooms. Double railings and gates are on each staircase for safety. The upstairs bathroom is equipped with handlebars, and hair dryers are provided in each bathroom. A full, separate dining room with a large family table is off of the kitchen. A new washer/dryer is located on the entrance level. Comfortable and convenient, this home away from home offers you the best of both worlds: a quiet, N. Ocean City setting, but with all of the resort's fun and excitement right at your fingertips.
