Beautiful remodeled and decorated condo on the beach. Located in Treasure Island Florida. Condo includes free parking, coin operated washer and dryer, shuffle board on the beach, large common area with lounge chairs, outdoor bbq (charcoal), swimming pool, located one block from grocery store, restaurants and bars. Unit has coffee pot, blender, toaster, all cooking and eating utensils, wifi, and cable tv. Cleanest beaches in the USA, plenty of bird watching, dolphins, and sea turtles.
We have been enjoying Treasure Island for over 30 years. Our family owns 8 units of the 15 units on the property. We take pride in keeping the grounds clean and maintained year round. It is peaceful outside and you can enjoy the covered breezeway while visiting with other guests while looking out across the Gulf Coast, or while enjoying the BBQ with your friends or newly met neighbors. We have a property Manager onsite year round so we are always making sure the rules are followed and you are not being disturbed by out of control guests.
Awesome area one block away from restaurants, bars, shopping and grocery and liquor store. 2 miles from the famous area John's Pass- Dining, boat rentals, bars, shopping and dolphin watching. Public bus stop 1/2 block away
