Bear Claw Cabin is perfect for everyone. Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear on a quiet street and close to the lake. Modern aesthetics meet mountain charm in this gorgeous two-story home equipped with everything you need for the perfect getaway!  PARKING - 3 car driveway. Garage has 220 Volt outlet for electric vehicles.  Other things to note: Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 9 people (8 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
