Directly across the street from The Village Pavilion (with its pools, tennis, fitness center and playground), this spacious two-story 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath end townhome offers a spacious floor plan - 1,920 square feet - featuring first floor master suite, well-equipped kitchen and garage, plus three-season porch, open air deck and covered from porch too! Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 4 TVs (2 flat-screens), Netflix (compliments of the owner), Blu-ray, DVD, Wifi., crib (linens not provided), gas fireplace, 1-car garage Notes: Carpet in bedrooms only. The rest of the home features wood floors. The Village at Bear Trap Dunes surrounds 27 holes of championship golf at Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club. Just three miles to the beach, this exciting golf course community features a fantastic set of amenities, including The Village Pavilion (with indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, exercise room, Har-Tru tennis courts, hard surface tennis court, multi-sport court and saunas for homeowners and guests), outdoor pool, playground, summer beach shuttle and clubhouse with restaurant. Note: The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests that opt to purchase amenity passes MUST purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion. The pools are located at the community pavilion. (The pool located on October Glory is for owner use only.) *Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
