Property information

Escape the hustle and bustle of city life and enjoy the fresh mountain air and pine forests of Lake Tahoe! This home features an expansive deck off the main-floor living room and a full kitchen for preparing that perfect group feast. The kitchen also features a full walk-in pantry to load up for those long vacations. With a queen bed ensuite and four twin beds, this home is perfect for a family or a small group of powder hounds. An entertainment room downstairs offers an L-shaped sofa with a full VHS library and gas fireplace. Both the living room and entertainment room are wired for cable TV.

Neighbourhood information

Most of the town's attractions are within a few miles of your front door, and there's something to do in every season. Spend summer afternoons soaking up the sun and swimming in Lake Tahoe at Incline Beach, just two miles away. The brand new Tahoe East Shore Trail, opened in spring 2019, is a spectacular three-mile paved path that provides a new opportunity for the community to experience the natural beauty of the eastern shore. The surrounding mountains offer several hiking trails to explore as well. Skiers and snowboarders will love spending a winter weekend here, as Diamond Peak Ski Resort is 10 minutes away from the house and Mount Rose (nine miles) and Northstar (16 miles) are close by as well. And at any time of year, you can spend time shopping and dining in Incline Village's city center, less than two miles away, and enjoy access to the nearby recreation center with an indoor swimming pool.
