With breathtaking views, Belmont Towers 801 is an exquisite, three-bedroom, three-bathroom, direct oceanfront condo in one of the best locations in town! Located on the southeastern corner of Belmont Towers, this eighth-floor, end-unit condo boasts a beautiful and private furnished balcony with a gazebo and panoramic views. Spend your vacation enjoying every sunrise and sunset, plus amazing views of the beach, boardwalk, amusement pier, bay, and Assateague Island. The living room includes a large, wall-mounted flatscreen TV with a DVD player, surround sound, and Apple TV. Guests also have access to free WiFi and the main bedroom has sliding glass door access to the balcony. Additional in-suite features include a fully equipped kitchen, flatscreen TVs in all the bedrooms, a gas fireplace, a private washer/dryer, and more. Stroll to the beach for a day of fun in the sand or stay home to indulge in Belmont's state-of-the-art amenities that include a rooftop pool, an 11,000-square-foot sun deck, a putting green, a fitness center, and a sauna. Best of all, you can forget about the stress of battling for paid parking! Just park your car in your two reserved parking spaces on the ground floor in Belmont's gated, covered garage and leave it there because you're already where the action is! You'll be only steps away from the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and amusement pier.

In the event that guests cancel their reservation, Vacasa will return the unit to the rental market in an attempt to re-rent the unit. If Vacasa is able to re-rent the unit for the same amount or greater you will receive a refund less a 150 dollars cancellation fee. If Vacasa is able to secure a reservation at a lesser rate you will be entitled to a refund less the 150 dollars cancellation fee and the difference in reservation amounts.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
