Two resort-style pools offer a relaxing environment for families to soak up the Florida sun. The Magnolia House pool offers handicap accessibility, a hot tub, a kid's slash area, lounge chairs, and gazebos. The Magnolia House pool is heated seasonally. The Gulf side pool is entered from the boardwalk and offers shaded lounge chairs to cool off during the hot summer months. Both pools provide restrooms and shower facilities.
Destin Pointe offers lighted tennis courts, pickleball, shuffleboard, and basketball goals for the sporting enthusiast. Destin Pointe Vacation Rentals offers complimentary seasonal bikes to ride down Gulf Shore Drive.

After a delicious meal, unwind in the inviting living room furnished with comfortable seating, a TV, and a DVD player. Indulge in the evening comfort of one of the four king-bed adorned bedrooms, each equipped with a television for relaxation. Meanwhile, the fifth bedroom offers two twin beds, ideal for the younger members of the family. basking in the sun, or exploring Destin's attractions, relax on the upper deck with a stunning view or the lower deck by the water. Enjoy the convenience of a private boat dock, boat slip, and an outdoor swimming pool, making every summer day a delight. With easy access to the private beach and the canal, this location is perfect for kayaking, boating, or simply enjoying the serene water views. Take advantage of the two full boat slips and two side slips, accommodating boats up to 27 feet.
