Boulder Bay Chalet Condo is a lower unit condo in the popular Boulder Creek complex that offers lake views, heated swimming pool, and hot tub. The view from the living room and dining area are towards beautiful Boulder Bay Park with its picnic area, lakeside walkways and fishing dock. Take a short walk to Boulder Bay Park where you can have a picnic, go fishing, or watch the sunset. Mountain charm in this beautiful condo with central heating! Just a short drive to the ski slopes. Close to National Forest hiking trails.
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 800+ sq ft condo with living room, dining table, bar seating, smart TV, gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Master bedroom has a king bed, TV, deck, and private bath. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, and pots/pans.
AMENITIES - This home offers a smart TV and streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games.
OUTDOORS - Heated community pool and Jacuzzi.
PARKING - Parking for 2 vehicles, no boat/trailer parking
Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
