You'll be right next to the Lead Country Club (known as the highest course east of the Rockies at 6,200 feet of elevation), so you can fit in nine holes before the family gets ready for your daily trek around the hills. The house is also close to the Mickelson Trail (for mountain biking and hiking), snowmobile trails, great fishing, dining and gaming in town, and Terry Peak Ski Area (nine miles north). Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
