Experience the vibrant city of Denver from this stylish 2-room, 1-bathroom vacation rental apartment. This sleek and modern unit is perfect for solo travelers up to small families. You will have the entire first floor of a brand new 3 story townhouse! Upon entering through the private backdoor you will be greeted with the spacious living room with a 75 inch smart TV, queen pullout couch, recliner, table and barstools, and a full kitchenette (complimentary coffee). There is also a closet with additional amenities. Through the bathroom, with complimentary toiletries, you will enter the queen bedroom. South facing with giant sliding glass doors, the bedroom gets plenty of sunlight (with blackout shades!) on a quiet street with a front porch for you to enjoy. There is a wardrobe for you to hang and fold clothes. The location is ideal, ~30 minutes to the airport, 5-10 minutes to downtown, and on Jefferson Park! You have the ability to walk throughout one of Denver's beautiful neighborhoods with restaurants, breweries, and plenty of close attractions such as Mile High Stadium (0.2 miles), the Downtown Aquarium (0.5 miles), Ball Arena (0.9 miles) and Coors Field (1.5 miles)
