THINGS TO KNOW Please be advised there is current construction near the property. Riverside County regulations prohibit any "party" lighting (outdoor luminaires shall not blink, flash, or rotate) and will hold guests/Vacasa liable for any "light trespass" on surrounding properties. This single-story vacation rental has step-free access. Stairs are required to access the viewing terrace that overlooks the vineyard. The detached casita is connected to the garage; the vineyard owners live next door in a separate structure. The casita has a private entrance. The fireplace is not operational.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
