Property information

One bedroom condo with ceramic tile and laminate floors.  Stainless steel fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave.  New furniture and comfortable queen bed. New 43 inch Smart TV (Cox Wifi). Large windows for lots of light in bedroom and kitchen. Living room has patio door to walled 12 x 5 patio.  Large walk-in closet in bedroom and hall linen closet.  Covered parking for one car.  Additional free street parking. Easy access to Banner Medical, University of Arizona, Pima Community College, and 3.5 miles from 4 major Hospitals. Right next to many restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores in Campbell Street business area.  Secure gated community with 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, basketball court, tennis court, exercise room and sauna.
