Enjoy a private hot tub and ocean views in the distance at this two-bedroom Sea Ranch vacation home. With a fun and beachy decor, this getaway is perfect for a memorable family vacation or even a relaxing couples' getaway!
Located on the east side of Hwy 1, this meadow home is a quick one-mile drive to the Sea Ranch Golf Links or just a mile further to Gualala Point Regional Park and town. You can easily pick up groceries at Surf Market or head south on the highway for eight miles to reach the Sea Ranch Lodge and its restaurant, small gift shop, and stunning bluff-top location.
Once inside the charming Casa Contenta, you'll head up the stairs to the living room, kitchen, and dining area. This bright and open space boasts tall wood beam ceilings, lots of windows, and a wood stove for chilly coast evenings.
Watch a DVD on the Blu-ray player or use the iPod dock to listen to your favorite music through the Bose speakers. This home also offers WiFi, but please be aware that this area can be somewhat inconsistent for cell and internet service. For families, there's a cute nook for the kids to play and a selection of movies and games.
A deck off the living room is a great place for your morning coffee or an afternoon spent with a good book. There's also a gas grill if the weather is nice.
Back inside, the full kitchen will make preparing meals a breeze. In addition to a refrigerator, stove-top/oven, and dishwasher, you'll also have a microwave, coffeemaker, coffee grinder, and a mixer. You'll have seating at both a dining table and a breakfast bar. Both bedrooms suites offer queen beds and there's also an air mattress available if you have the maximum of six guests (four adults are allowed). Both comfortable bedrooms have direct access to the deck with the private hot tub. In addition to the two full bathrooms, there is also a half-bath on the landing between the first and second floors.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
