This Park Hill neighborhood beach house has beautiful ocean views, and is within walking distance to the breathtaking hiking trails along the ocean at Fiscalini Ranch Preserve, Shamel Park and Moonstone Beach. The spacious king bedroom located upstairs has a full bathroom and walk-in closet. The downstairs has 2 queen bedrooms and a shared full bathroom. All bedrooms have linen, bedding and cotton towels. There are large picture windows throughout the house. The well-equipped kitchen has new appliances, ample cookware and tableware. The open concept living room has a high beam ceiling with comfy sofas and dining table (seats 6 or more with leaf), both with ocean views. You can hear the ocean through the kitchen and living room windows. The third story loft has stunning ocean views. A full-size washer/dryer is in the garage. Parking is available either in the garage or in the driveway. This beach house is a perfect home away from home.
