The pool area is perfect for family gatherings with the sun high up and shining down on you. You'll come across a sparkling outdoor pool, pool spa, another outdoor dining area, and three chaise lounges–the perfect spot to work on your tan. Inside, you'll come across a well-appointed open floor plan that seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining area, and living room. Gather around the large flatscreen Smart TV with cable and snuggle up on the sofa for an entertaining movie marathon with your loved ones! Feeling cold? The gas fireplace has your back during your stay. This well-equipped space boasts stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stove, electric oven, and all the cookware to fix delicious meals and snacks. The adjoining dining table seats up to six and the breakfast bar offers four more spaces with high bar chairs. Nighttime cocktails with your friends sound like a dream, right? Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. An optional fee of USD 72 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
