Casa del Sol is a classic midcentury modern home given a twist with a polynesian inspired roof line and includes a newly constructed 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom casita. The property sleeps 8 and is within walking distance of Ruth Hardy Park and the downtown area. Guests will love the home’s enclosed courtyard, which includes a private pool with spa & tanning ledge, an outdoor fireplace and a daybed set against the expansive views of the San Jacinto Mountains.
**Please note that OUTDOOR MUSIC IS PROHIBITED PER PALM SPRING CITY ORDINANCE. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People's noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. ANY FINES RELATED TO CITY ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS WILL BE PAID BY THE GUEST.
* The person renting our house MUST be 25 years old per the City of Palm Springs.
* There is an optional fee to heat the pool. The request to heat the pool should be done at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.
* The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you will be sent before your arrival. The city also requires that renters supply a copy of their government issued ID and license plate numbers of personally owned vehicles.
