Welcome to the stylish and private home of Casa de Zeus! Located by the glistening waters of New York, you will feel a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of life. Placed within walking distance of the beach and the bay, take your pick and relax on the sandy shores as you soak in the sun. Walk or bicycle to explore, you can visit the town of Ocean Beach for a drink or a bite at the end of a fabulous beach day! This classic Fire Island home is designed with love to provide the ambience you crave and a private experience you won't forget. After a great day at the beach you can enjoy a fantastic, hot outdoor shower - or inside if you prefer - to soothe those beach-soaked muscles. Cook in the stylish, rustic kitchen, or outside on the large spacious deck, where you can throw something tasty on the grill for some good old-fashioned barbecue. Relax on the sun loungers and enjoy some burgers as you admire the beautiful private setting and greenery all around you. Or head out on your bicycles for an evening in the nearby town. Enjoy the view of the stars and moon before you slip under the covers for a great nights’ sleep. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Streaming services will require a guest account to access. Vacasa is a registered New York State sales tax vendor. And if Vacasa is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
