Hola! Welcome to my home: Casa Sur. This property is a hybrid of a country and urban house & retreat center. Casa Sur is a unique place featuring an outdoor Zen Area; in and outdoor lounges and playground areas; a ping pong table; front and back yards; the Tree of Life; a courtyard with beer garden tables that fit 14 people; a bonfire pit, an outdoor bedding; and a private farming and tree areas. Visitors have shared that there is an air of peace, serenity, intimacy, expansion, and joy.   On my quest to find a place where I could create a sacred space to host people and also facilitate the gathering of people who seek personal and professional growth; artistic, social and emotional development; and a space for creativity, collaboration and connection, I found & created Casa Sur in California.     We are located 12 miles from the Airport -18’ drive, 10' drive to downtown San Diego, Imperial Beach, Otay Olympic Center & the US/Mexico,  20’ to the beaches, and 30' to La Jolla Shore & Cove. The property has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and outdoor bedding and bathroom.

I am a Latino professional in education, business, finance and hospitality. I teach Ballroom and Latin Dances. I am a member of the Triathlon Club of San Diego. I love swimming in the open ocean and biking on the Pacific Ocean Coast. I would love to be your host, introduce you with my community and point you to right direction to have a good time in San Diego. I love community, connection and outdoor activities. I am the founder of Casa Sur in San Diego, a space with a mission to support individuals, organizations and businesses to grow in an organic and sustainable way by hosting retreats, workshops, events, fundraising , educational and artist-in-residence programs! I was born in Mexico City, and lived half of my life in New York City. A rising resident of this beautiful San Diego, California.

I live in a very private and residential area of Chula Vista. The property is located 20 away from Downtown San Diego, main beaches, and malls. We are less than 10 miles from Tijuana.
