With such a home base on a quiet, dead-end street (a rarity in the Spring Mountain Ranch community), you'll be treated to nearby walking trails that trace the golf course and community amenities that include a heated pool, a hot tub, a sauna, and a tennis court. The open floor plan on the main level is ideal for spreading out comfortably while still being close to your family and friends. Unwind in the living area as the cook of the group makes wonders in the fully equipped kitchen. The living room boasts two sofas, two armchairs, a gas fireplace, and a large flatscreen TV with streaming services. We know what you're thinking: movie nights will be a delight here. The kitchen is inviting and well-equipped with stainless steel appliances (including a French door fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave) and an island with four high stools. The dining table adjoining the kitchen seats up to six people, but there's always the option of dining al fresco on the expansive deck.
