This 52-unit oceanfront resort condominium is located on a wide expanse of white sandy beaches on the shores of the Atlantic. This complex is near the finest seashore park in the country, the Canaveral National Seashore, as well as near the beautiful Indian River Lagoon. Also in the immediate area is a county park with a fishing pier and playground. The access to the river affords the sportsmen some of the finest flat bottom boating, river fishing, crabbing, clamming and shrimping available in Florida.
