This spectacular property is as central as you can get for a single family private home that includes an enormous private yard, huge decks/patios, firepit, BBQ, 2 stone fireplaces, & ocean views! As such, this property is a rare find & books quick! This cozy home includes 1 King & 5 Q beds among 10 total beds; 2 gorgeous stone fireplaces; & smart TVs in all 5 bedrooms & living room! The yard comes complete with an enormous top of the line park-grade double sided charcoal BBQ grill that swivels, a fire pit, & outdoor yard games! Note: Please see attached floor plans within the photos for a better understanding of the layout & room sizes since the layout is different than a typical home!
