While not fancy, it is safe and in a good area.   This rental in Connestee Falls gives guests access to hiking trails, swimming pool in season, clubhouse and grill and 18 hole golfcourse.  The four lakes with swimming areas and playground make this a great place for everyone.  The community is located about 10 minutes south of Brevard on HWY 276, just north of DuPont State Park.  There is a dollar general, produce stand and local artists and eateries, in cluding a beer garden, just minutes away.  The home is main level living with a loft that has an ensuite and a sofabed, the main level has a master bedroom with ensuite and a full bathroom in the hall.  The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of good cutlery, pots and pans and spices for all your cooking needs.  There is a new propane grill.  The lower level has a third master bedroom ensuite with two twin beds and a den with games and TV.  This is a comfortable home, but not fancy or luxurious, it feels like a great place to spend a week or two.  You will fall in love with the screened porch that looks out into the forest.   FOUR NIGHT MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED FOR THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY.
