Welcome to Coconut Grove 203, a modern, two-story home located in the heart of North Myrtle Beach! This second-floor retreat offers plenty of room for family and friends with two large balconies, two separate living room/recreation areas, two dining tables, and two full-size refrigerators! The well-equipped kitchen is open to the living room and features granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and even a Keurig coffee maker! Sit and relax with your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the balconies and enjoy the partial views of the ocean.
The first level of this charming coastal gem offers a private bedroom with two comfortable beds, an en suite bathroom with two showers, and a flatscreen TV. There is another full bathroom in the hallway for added convenience. Upstairs, the second floor boasts four more bedrooms, three bathrooms, and the Recreation Room hosting a Ping-Pong table and an Xbox console. Three out of four bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. There is also a laundry room with a washer/dryer combo and dual-zone heating/cooling for better efficiency.
This home is located across the street from the ocean and the public beach access; you will be close to everything that North Myrtle Beach has to offer, including restaurants, shops, and dance clubs amid all the fun of Main Street O.D. Don't miss out on the free concerts at Main Street's Horseshoe that are held weekly all summer!
You can relax on your covered porch and savor the beach breeze, unwind on the sundeck, or take a dip in the community outdoor pool, toss some steaks, burgers, or fresh fish on the shared charcoal grills and enjoy a family cookout.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
