- Dining table seats up to 8; if you need extra elbow room, console table seats 2
SLEEPING:
- King suite on lower level with tile shower, Smart TV, dresser
- King suite on upper level with tile shower, Smart TV, dresser, closet NOTE: this bed is a split king mattress
- Bedroom with twin trundle bed (sleeps 2), Smart TV, shelves, with full hall bath (tub/shower combo)
LIVING:
- Upstairs living room with 75" Smart TV and incredibly comfy sofa
- Downstairs living room with 65" Smart TV and sleeper sofa
- Wet bar with two mini fridges, ice maker, wine fridge
- Shuffleboard table
- Board and card games
OUTDOOR SPACE:
- Two covered boat slips can accommodate vessels up to 30'
*NOTE: per the HOA, absolutely NO trailers or RVs are allowed to be parked, sorry! We will provide trailer parking options!
- Two stand-up paddle boards and two kayaks you can launch right from the dock
- Large covered upper deck with plentiful seating, ceiling fans, Smart TV, propane grill
- Open upper deck with loungers, outdoor dining space, glider and more
NOTE: The string lights around the perimeter of the deck are not currently functional.
- Hammock can be hung on upper deck
- Covered lower deck overlooks the boat slips
- Dedicated freezer outside for your fresh catch
- Large Jacuzzi (TM) hot tub accommodates up to 6 people
- Fully fenced side yard with dedicated pet relief area
- Beach wagon, beach chairs, rolling cooler, boogie boards & assorted beach toys provided
PARKING:
- Driveway will comfortably accommodate 4 large vehicles. No street parking is permitted. NO TRAILERS OR RVs ALLOWED per HOA - fines apply for violations.
BEACH:
- Private beach access is 0.5 miles away, an easy walk on sidewalks. One key card for access will be provided
