We are a hospitable couple married for over 30 years! We are very social and have very big personalities! We enjoy meeting and talking to new people. We as your hosts will strive to provide you with the finest luxury experience possible! Featured Note: One of the amazing benefits of renting in Southern California is the opportunity to visit famous movie filming locations. In 1981 Steven Spielberg and his film crew set out to bring E.T. to earth. Filmed entirely in the state of California, the production utilized several Southern California locales and some of the most famous scenes were filmed on our street! Our community of Granada Hills served as the location for Elliott’s neighborhood. 30 years later, the trees are taller, homes have been repainted yet Elliott’s stomping grounds still remain intact.

Fully stocked kitchen with eggs, bacon, fruits, vegetables, quality bread, milk, cheese, and other items you may need! Personal groceries can be stored and cooked! Stove, microwave, and more provided! We provide enough food that can last three meals a day! Let us know if you have any food request, and we will do our best to accommodate. The Comfortable Luxury Studio comes with desk and sitting area for laptop and business use. WiFi is included for your devices. Enjoy a private bathroom, newly remodeled!
