Only 1 parking spot will be available for your stay, this service is non-refundable and subject to availability. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. The building features a centralized HVAC system that operates based on municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 15 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, the system is managed according to outdoor temperatures.
