ANY VIOLATION (YES EVEN PARKING) WILL RESULT IN AUTOMATIC EVICTION.
OCCUPANCY
- Overnight Occupancy 6 people. (after 9pm) ***
- Daytime Occupancy may not exceed 8 people without written consent.
ADDITIONAL RULES
- Must be 30+ Years old to Rent
- All reservations created for a same day check in are subject to a 5pm check in time.
- If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge will be applied to your reservation.charged to your reservation.

- City of Newport Beach Quiet Hours 9pm - 7am. (Tenants must comply with Newport Beach Municipal Code Section 10.26.015 pertaining to acceptable Decibel Levels, 55 DBA (7am-9pm) and 50 DBA (9pm - 7am)
- Amplified Music is not Permitted. Music may not be heard at the property lines at any time of the day (that includes music coming from inside the home). If neighbors can hear music, you are in violation of the City Ordinance.
PARKING
- No Parking in the Alley
-Please Park only in Assigned Stall
- Parking is a very serious violation in Newport Beach for Vacation Rentals. You will receive a parking Ticket and a City Fine, and Tower 17 Properties will be forced to Evict on the Spot.
PETS
If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge will be applied to your reservation.
