Just let me know and I will let you know my personal favorites in Nashville! I am a Nashville native and I am very familiar with all local attractions and things to do in the area. I am happy to assist with any questions you may have about the area or things to do during your stay. I am also happy to give suggestions based on what your interests are! Also, my husband and I are never more than 15 minutes away, so if any issue should arise, we will be available!

This is a well appointed and Immaculate unit. Sleeps four. Fantastic pool overlooking the Cumberland River. One bedroom & One Full bath. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. King bed in the bedroom. Two TVs, one in living room and one in the bedroom. Keurig coffee maker, coffee/tea and toaster is provided to get your morning started!

Downtown Nashville is truly a one-of-a-kind experience. With the famous “honky tonks” on Broadway and 2nd Avenue, which feature live music every day of the week, and the constant events going on at Bridgestone, LP Field, the Ryman, and Riverfront, Nashville has earned the nickname “Nashvegas”. If you are in Downtown Nashville, you can definitely walk everywhere in the vicinity of “downtown” and to a few of other areas.Downtown Nashville has well over sixty bars and restaurants varying from local hotspots to national chains. Nashville also has an Art District on Fifth Avenue, which expands annually. You can catch an Lyft/Uber for a cheap fare and get to any areas or attraction that you are interested in. Extra plus? Our neighborhood is next to the River, and between 1/2 to 4 miles from most popular attractions.
