Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The back yard boarders a golf course which offers a park like setting. It’s peaceful here. The house is clean and updated. It’s free of clutter. It has four bedrooms one of which is an office. There is a finished basement with a large area with television and comfortable seating. There is a bedroom in the basement. There’s also a new washer and dryer for guest to use. Guest have access to the whole house except for the furnace room, the garden shed there is a patio in the backyard with patio furniture, charcoal, grill, gas grill, gas fire pit for guest to use.

My house is within a mile from many downtown Marion restaurants and pubs. It is within a mile from the Granger house, a historic Victorian Italianette museum. There are 21 parks and the hidden gem lowe park home of the Klopfenstein amphitheater for the performing arts nearby. There are many walking and biking trails that connect with other county and state wide trails . Collins aerospace is within 3 miles St. Luke’s hospital within 5.3 miles Mercy Hospital within 5.5 miles. There are two golf courses within 2.5 miles one of which borders my property. There is offstreet parking for two vehicles on street parking for two vehicles. There are bike trails to access right out my door. There is a bus line nearby within walking distance.
