Guests must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No smoking, no parties, no pets. The maximum occupancy is 12 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. No RV's, trailers, ATV's or tents allowed. You can park 4 cars at the home, and another 2 cars at the extra parking. WiFi and Cell Phone Service are very spotty in this area. No refunds/cancellations for outages.
In order to receive check in details: Valid Photo ID and Electronic Rental Agreement signature is required. If property is advertised as "pet friendly" additional pet fees will be collected by New Braunfels Escapes directly.
